These are awesome for anyone that has irregular bowel movements or anyone taking ozempic or monjaro. These def work. However I took 2 to start (worked wonderfully) and usually will take 1 Every couple days. If I haven’t had a movement in like 2-3 days then I’ll take two. Also, to keep regular I take that tasteless fiber powder bag you can buy on Amazon (equate brand) or Walmart that also keeps you regular in between and is much more affordable. One big tub is $10 and I put a large scoop in myCoffee every morning to keep regular. It is absolutelyTasteless so you can put it in any liquid. Before doing this, I’d go once a week but now I go everyday or every other day. Highly recommended.

Excellent product! I used 3 capsules at bedtime for 7 days and it resulted in a gradual but continuous cleaning out of my colon! There was nothing unpleasant about it...just have access to a bathroom the next morning and a couple of times during during each day...when "you feel your colon sending you a signal!"

I love this product! I recommend it to all my friends. It is easy on your stomach not like a laxative. It really cleans your system and relieves bloating.

I use Mag07 as a part of my yearly cleanse. I use this product because it aids in detoxification and most importantly, it contain magnesium which is NOT addictive. There is no pain or discomfort experienced and I have had smooth bowel movements on it. The only downside is it takes 4 capsules to work for me and they have a slight after taste. But the benefits of better digestion and overall well-being is worth it.
