I got the LED Lights for my child to wear when he has to walk in the dark/foggy days going to and back from school. The slow flash is perfect setting for him.The package comes with a useful velcro straps, button batteries and a jewelry screw driver, which are thoughtful accessories. I did use the tiny screw driver right away because one of the lights didn't light. After I opened up, found the reason " the manufacutre installed the battery in the wrong direction!" After the battery installed right, the light works. Through opening the light, I would say it assembled well enough to resist the medium wet weather. Be cautious when changing the button batteries, those nuts are tiny.The seller emailed me few times asking for a product review. I waited until after my child used the lights for a week. So far so good! Like to see how long those batteries last. I might update the review later after a length of usage.Overall, this is a good safety product easy to clip on and click on, within budget. I also bought it for my niece in low teen for her to walk the dog in the night time.

Because of a medical condition I must take public transportation. For night time walking and waiting for the bus I clip one of these on my purse and another on my an area of clothing. A bus driver once said he could not have missed seeing me because of the lights. Best compliment for those lights. They are nifty,bright,wear well and do their job. Well worth the money. I plan to buy more for my family.

Has replacement batteries with enclosed screw driver. There is a battery in the device already and it comes with a second battery. I tried opening the back of device with the very tiny screw driver and I couldn't. It was too tight. The light is nice and bright, easily visible, has several settings. I clip it on my dogs' collar, she is black and I have a big yard. When she goes out at night I can keep track of where she is. There are 2 devices and both came with new batteries, by the time I have to replace them hopefully I have found a way to unscrew the back of the light.

There once was a man who worked hard all his life. Although quite content with his current situation, he searched on for a hobby. He tried various things but found them to be a tad cumbersome. One day during a visit to a health wizard, it was mentioned obesity had taken over and ailments weren't too far behind. It was difficult but knowing he had young ones leaning on him for every aspect of life, he was determined to make a change. Soon enough, he was running double digits. Although obesity was still chasing him, his tenacity to keep moving forward made it nearly impossible for obesity to catch up. He ran every day and when the days began to shorten, he started running into the dark evenings. It was scary not because of ghouls and goblins, but due to unaware folks prancing around in their shiny four wheeled crafts. One time too many he had to make abrupt stops to prevent physical injuries. He found that the night made it difficult for captains of these vehicles to see him clearly. He knew that if he desired to continue this hobby without proper illuminating apparel, something unfavorable would result. He quickly summoned the internet spirits and sure enough stumbled onto these enchanted blinking green orbs. He thought to himself that if he were to attire himself with such magical displays, he would serve to be more visible to navigators of the night. He submitted a trade with haste and received the merchandise in no more than two days. That very evening, he took the orbs for a quick test and was not surprised that he remained visible to all who journeyed in the vicinity. During one of his travels sporting these magical orbs, his other half caught a glimpse whilst maneuvering her craft. She mentioned she thought she had seen a glowing being from another world. It is till this day that he continues to clothe himself with these items for the well-being of his runs.

We use it when we walk around the neighborhood for exercise. Cars are always going up and down the streets so these lights provide cars to see us, especially when in blinking mode. It’s a safety thing.

The light is bright and works great, but keep in mind that the clip is not particularly tight so the device could easily slip off the Velcro band that is included, or anything you May clip it to. With that small caveat it’s a great little light.
