This is too early for any critical review from me, other than I have had several decent nights sleep since I started using Niagen. I have only been taking this for four days now, at 250mg per day. I am 64 and on several blood pressure meds. I mostly suffer from poor sleep and lack of energy (from the BP meds). I have noticed, in the past 3 nights, that I have not had any need to get out of bed prior to wake up time, and, my quality of sleep just seems better.I did notice a very long lasting, mild 'caffeine like hit' that does not worsen my sleep at all.I had been taking 500mg of niacin twice daily and it made me feel slightly better. I discussed that with my Doc and he did not sound like a big niacin fan, other than it probably wasn't bad for me. Researching why niacin made me feel better, led me to NIAGEN.At this point in time, I cannot advise for or against this product. It is 'expensive' with not any 'proven' (many ... studies suggest...) human health benefits. It has impressed me enough so that I have ordered a 3 month supply to give it a better test.Just as a FYI, I have been halfheartedly testing supplements for decades now, at to about the recommended safe levels. Up to this point, the only one that actually made me feel a difference in my life quality was niacin. This tops niacin for me. The research continues...

Been on it for 3 weeks and started noticing a difference after about 4 days. For me it effected my overall energy, it has a subtle calming and clear headed effect. The pill isn't life changing but I didnt expect it to be but it is definetly noticeable. The pills seemed to help my sleep. Not so much falling asleep but I noticed I've been naturally waking up earlier and waking up without that groggy fuzzy head.

I only took them for a 1/2 month.Easy to swallow, I didn't feel nor see a difference. I didn't take them long enough.

This stuff is for real and you will experience additional energy and clarity within 1-3 days, then you level out but still feel very good.It is not a caffeine type energy, it is more like a solid strong internal feeling.The Believer Bottle is exactly that, so you can try it to believe it, before you start buying the bigger bottle for you AND your wife.Good luck!Steve
