Great benefits
Make a big different in your stomach..its like i had a diet..first day i took it at night as recommended but next day i woke up not feeling well which is ok if you take it for the first time. Starting second day my stomach got used to it and since then i feel nothing when i take them..but huge difference in health.I posted a question about for how long should we use it (days/weeks) and waiting for the response.
