I guess it works. I use it three times a week before working out. I haven't noticed anything negative but I'm not ready for the "Mr. World" competition either.

2000mg per serving
These are the real deal. Each tablet is 1000mg not 500 like all the rest. They’re cheaper because of this, but you have to consume more. These are made in USA and you don’t have to worry about capsules that are broken, empty, or in some cases filled with plastic!!! It’s amazing how many users can’t do the math per serving. The only down side is the size and taste of the tablet, but this is the taste of HMB.

Edit: I stopped taking this and felt like absolute trash for an entire week. Absolutely no motivation to do anything and even depressed. I decided to reincorporate HMB back into my routine and I feel 1 million times better—I will not be discontinuing the supplement after all.Took twice a day until the entire bottle ran out, which was over a month. I don’t think I’m going to repurchase as I don’t see or feel any benefit.

Trash coating
After 24 hours in a pill organizer, all the pills "bloomed" into a powdery trash. Never had an issue such as this before. Very disappointed.
