shipped fast, was packaged in a little cup terrarium and arrived healthy.I will let the pictures tell you the condition of the plant.If you never rooted a jewel orchid cutting before I would advise spending more on an established rooted plant.

Picture is deceptive. A very small plant hopefully it has roots. I will not purchase from this seller again. I checked the cuttings there are no roots. Rip off!

Their customer service was great. I ordered one that arrived broken. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement. The orchid is small, but it’s a plant. Plants grow. Overall, I’d say it was a good value with good customer service.

I put it in its new container. There are no roots making me feel like it’s just a new cutting. I hope it makes it.

So the plant arrived in good health, but deffinately in a very large pot for a new cutting like this with medium grade spag (even for a pretty quick growing spp). I removed and down potted into my mix to make sure the roots don't get soggy with very first watering. If you've cared for terrestrial orchids before you should be OK, but if you're new to the hobby you may want to go with a seller with larger established plants and pay the premium for live arrival guarantee. Seller should probably indicate or add QC to root mass before shipping but they're not doing anything wrong. The plant was disease and pest free, which is more than some vendors through Amazon. Overall a fine value for what you get but may be inappropriate for those new to orchids or discouraging if you're expecting a blooming sized plant.

Although this arrived well package led it was way smaller than expected and the leaves were nowhere near the size they look to be in the advertisement. It had two very small stalks with leaves and had the miss around it which when I tried to move the moss one of the slldtalks came out. I’ve used the clear plastic cover that came with it and placed it in water in hopes that it will propagate but doubt it will as it’s very fragile. I have the remainder of the plant in with my other plants and am hoping it will grow-it’s also very fragile so we shall see. I’m not even sure that it’s rooted. It just seems to be a stem with a couple of very tiny leaves just laying on the soul. I’m giving it a chance but must say I was disappointed when I opened it up and saw how small it is.Edited to add-it did not survive

I am so happy with this purchase. Though it was not as big as the photos provided by the seller, it arrived well packaged and healthy. I can’t wait to watch it grow. I will try to remember to update with photos as it does.

If you are after fast growth this plant is not for you ,it grows very slow but very pretty.Well packagedVery good customer service
