Q: It's a great product, but I have a problem. When replacing the replacement head, pull out the inside main head together. What to do?

Correctly change the operation mode of the replacement head Note: When replacing the head, hold down the thread and pull it out. Be careful not to rotate left and then pull out the replacement head, it is easy to pull out the internal main head. Even if you pull the main head out, don't worry, reinstall it on the machine, then turn it to the right and then pull out the replacement head, it will usually pull the replacement head out, leaving the main head on the machine, that's so easy.

I'm not sure but it's not a very good product it doesn't do what it says on the tin

You have to take the little rubber head cover's off and the metal pointed blade should be there

Q: Just ordered this, does it remove plaque and tartar build up? Haven’t been able to get a hygienist appointment at my dentist.

Sorry to ask but have you taken off the little rubber ends that protect them.? I had a little tartar and it brought it off. Only drawback the charging lead is very short
