Bought for a Blink doorbellWorks great. If your having trouble after swapping over, reset the Blink and re pair, all should be well. My only two issues, would like to have had the option to have white cable (back of my door is white) and options on length (just a foot or two longer would have been great. Just no options for it) had no issues long term, running for a few months now.

Sick of wasting money on batteries for the Blink door bell. Used this item and it works great. Yes the app does say the power is low BUT it does not effect the way it works. The blink door bell rings perfectly fine (give it a few mins after plugging it in) and videos work fine. Need to be careful not to kink the wire but it stops me having to worry about batteries for my Blink door bell. No problems at all and just to clarify I have kept checking it and neither the door bell or the transformer gets warm. Very happy.

Great for using short sets of lights on mains power instead of having to keep replacing batteries. In this instance this product will be used in a Christmas display to light up a building.However I think that the connecting strip from one of the dummy batteries is very thin, so I will not be putting the cover back on the battery box in case the strip gets damaged. There is a decent cable length; I haven't measured it but it looks like 1.8 or 2m. The cable is black, which for me isn't a problem as it will be hidden.It's very easy to set up (I read the instructions after I'd assembled the product) and overall it's a great little item.

I bought this having seen other reviews from people who said it worked for their Blink doorbell. After drilling extra big holes in our UPVC door to enable me to pass the end of the cable through and make space for the cable connector behind the doorbell, as well as extending the length of the cable to the nearest socket, ... the result is:Doorbell is powered up by the adapter, but it doesn't function properly at all. As if the battery level is very low (and it shows low battery in the app). Live view never actually connects, no motion detection, and no bell-press notifications. I also tried resetting the doorbell and deleting it from my Ring app, and this power supply then did not provide enough power to be able to re-setup the doorbell in the app. So I had to order replacement batteries which I was hoping to avoid.I'll get the multimeter out to check at some point, but I suspect this doesn't provide quite enough voltage for the Blink doorbell, or the voltage drops under load. I believe non-rechargeable lithium batteries live between 1.8-1.5V per battery, and this adapter is rated 3V which would be right at the lower end of the range. For now, we're back to disposable lithium AA batteries. WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.

Bought this to hard wire my Blink doorbell camera. Seemed ok at first, although the camera said replace batteries it worked ok. Recently though, it stopped the camera working. Had to turn off at the plug and switch back on again to get the camera to work.I'm gonna buy a real camera and buy a Ring now.
