No troubles taking this except I''ve gotten out of the habit. Never got a bad batch or unsealed container. My Dr. is going to be on me again to be taking this regularly. Being divorce is very distracting, it's about done. I'll have to come up with another reason, old age sounds about right. Need to get back in a routine or bad things are going to happen.

It may seem strange, but I like the packaging of this product. I'm hoping it will help neuropathy.

So, if you're looking at Methyl Folate supplements, chances are you already know why Folic Acid isn't a good source of B12 and in a lot of people actually prevents absorption of good B12. Methyl Folate is basically pre-processed B12 that you body can use directly.This product is a good source of Methyl Folate, and I can personally attest to its potency - if your body is B12 deficient and you take this stuff after noon, chances are you won't be able to sleep because your energy levels will be so high. This leads me to the only reason I hesitate to fully endorse this product - this is good quality stuff and it's exactly what it says it is, however taking it in capsule form means that you're stuck with a minimum dose of at least one capsule - which, like it did in my case, can spike your energy for far longer than you intended. This is much better when taken as a tincture where the dosage can be controlled and dialed in more easily. Now you could just crack open the capsules and stir half of one in a glass of water to take if you wanted to lower the dose, but that's messy and cumbersome and it's much simpler to just use a different method of taking the supplement.Pros:- Good potencyCons:- Fixed dosages - harder to dial in the right amount when the smallest amount you can take is a whole capsule

Truly miracle pill. My side of family suffers from anxiety, including my 14 yr old daughter. I have confirmed mthfr gene mutation, and i am suspecting my daughter has it, too. Once i learned there is a link between that and anxiety, i am pretty sure that’s cause. I ordered a bottle and gave one pill to my daughter and myself daily. The results, especially with my daughter was almost instant! She went from 2+ meltdowns a day to 2 per month. Her bubbly personality is back. So much less stressed about school. It is amazing. We started 2nd bottle now, hope the results will keep up. I am only sorry we haven’t find out about this sooner.
