Excellent product & a good price! anyone trying these needs to let them kick in to your system takes 3-4 weeks but definate amazing for anyone with knee pain as this stuff replaces the lubrication around the bones you are lacking one a day is all I need! perfect.

Quite large pills so not so good if you have swallowing difficulties. But they do help with joint pain . Worth the money

It's too early to give a more accurate review on how this item is as it can take a month before you might notice a difference following your daily intake. What is is important is to check initially with your GP before purchase that's it's safe for you to take them as a supplement if you are taking prescription medicines or receiving other treatment etc. I have used them before ( a different brand ) same size capsules which are easy to swallow with plenty of water. The health benefits are well known, this brand has additionalIngredients.

Definately reccomend. Fast pain relief, and more healthier than popping medicines.

I'm still not sure. Was taking 2 in morning now trying one in morning one in evening. But not noticed a difference in stiffness or joints yet.
