I’ve been eating 3 of these a day for nearly a month. They are not quite as hard as almonds. I really enjoy the bitter flavor, but they are bitter. I’ve seen several health benefits from these already. I’ve had no adverse effects. Quality seems to be good.

I even grind these up with a coffee grinder to give to my pets. Can’t say enough good about this particular brand. RNC

I will definitely be ordering again. Wonderful benefits from eating 3 in a one hour period. Like that it’s a resealable bag as well as it keeps the freshness.

The freshness is excellent, the taste is palatable, the health benefits is excellent, the value and size is worth the money if I could rate from 0-10 it would be a 10 I will be ordering once I’m done with my two bags

Been eating for a couple of weeks. Bitter but not unpalatable. Exactly what I expected to get.

I sent these apricot seeds to my mom in hopes of helping her with her health. She says they taste bitter and she only consumes three daily. So far, it’s been a couple of weeks and she hasn’t noticed anything yet. As a result,I will post an update if anything changes.
