I have used this liquid vitamin B in the past. Often times I forget but after a recent and very bad flu I needed to regain my strength. I forgot how quickly this product works. My body clearly needed the nutrients. I keep it in the refrigerator and I always take it with a meal. It gives me incredible energy so I tried to take it closer to mornings. My local health food store was out of it and so I thought I would give Amazon a shot. It came the next day in bubble wrap and was sealed perfectly. It has a pleasant flavor. Overall I think it's an excellent way to get vitamins into your system with full utilization.

The product is excellent. It really works. I put it in an eye dropper bottle and take it twice a day. I have less grey hair than 2 years ago and it helps my energy levels.

Very potent effective concentrate. Hv used Vit B complex liquid off and on for over 10 yrs, different brands. Wonderful great difference with this one: I hv history of lupus- autoimmune disease w/unpredictable flare ups. My body is very senstive. I honestly felt it kick in after 3 days, had less all day exhaustion-more energy, strength, focus, better mood, less sugar cravings. Which I know from my past, are signs of my body's Vit B being low. Tastes yucky, but only need 1-2 tablespoons, and hey- it's worth that nasty!

I have taken b complex vitamins for years. When I used to take them I would feel better soon after. However, maybe because I am getting older (64) I don't absorb the vitamins as well. It got to the point that I had no sense of benefit from them. That is not the case with this liquid. 15 minutes after taking a teaspoon full I feel better. I usually take a tsp 2-3 times a day, so as to spread it out. We are on our 2nd bottle and will continue to order it. It is a very thick liquid. Make sure after you pour it you use your finger to get the remaining liquid off the neck of the bottle - yup I then lick my fingers - then wash my hands. If you don't wipe the neck it will dribble down the side of the bottle and you'll get a ring in your fridge. The taste is not bad, we kind of like it.

We love the taste and the fact that this is a liquid vitamin. The only thing is that this being our second time ordering this product, one of the bottles broke...

I've been using B12 for over a decade, I have always bought/used the ones that come with the dropper to squirt under the tongue. I thought this would save on waste and money by refilling an reusing my bottle I have, but this stuff is thick and has a awful taste and smell. To be honest though I've never ventured out from buying the medicine dropper kind so maybe this is normal. Plus, if your buying it for the same reason I did then beware because it also STAINS anything it touches and this is not a exaggeration, it got all over my bed and hands and didn't want to come off! Only reason that happened though is because the bottle was broke when I opened my package.

I have been taking this for two weeks and so far I’ve seen no benefit from it yet.The smell of this stuff is completely disgusting, I have to keep it in a sealed bag in a cabinet or else it will stink the whole room up. The taste is mediocre but doable. The consistency is thick and sticky like maple syrup. It doesn’t cleanly pour out of the bottle and makes a mess, and you lose a portion of it in the cup after you take it because it is so thick.
