3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200, Mahogany, PN06502, Flexible Bonds, Long Work-Time, 1/10 Gallon Cartridge, 10 fl oz

This is great Sealant. My project recommended 3M 4200 but I went with 5200 as it is actually stronger.I have to add the "mahogany" is more of a pinkish/red so don't expect a dark mahogany where visible. If I did this again I would chose Balck or Clear.It is very viscous... so squeezing it out of calking gun is challenging, but it is perfect for my project.

I've used cases of this sealant to glue western red cedar together. My house is a cedar log cabin (International Homes of Cedar, Woodinville WA) and each of the courses are held together using this product (in cedar color). It is about the only glue that I've found that adheres to the oily cedar, and it holds great. Some have been in use for almost 30 years without deterioration.I used this particular order to glue 1x8 cedar panels to a 5/8" plywood substrate. These are used as door both inside and outdoors. The outdoor one has been in use for about 5 years and still looks great. Of course this product is between the two woods, but it flexes enough to allow the doors to move without warping. The mahogany color is nicer than the white available locally since this means you don't need to trim the edge (with the stark white, it shows up very clearly, the mahogany looks like another ply)

Sticks to everything and lasts a long long time. There's nothing better than 5200 in my book.

I've ordered Mahogany 5200 quite literally 4 times in the past few months. Every single time I get a tube of White.Its all good stuff, quite possibly the most incredible adhesive/sealant I've ever used, but I needed Mahogany color for a specific project, and had to end up ordering it elsewhere, ended up costing $55 for a tube of the correct color from a different website, but at least it matches the correct color now.As a tip, the black color 5200 works amazing for sticking soles back on shoes (assuming your shoes are black, otherwise get White or Mahogany, whichever matches your shoes best)It takes a long time to cure, but once its cured, and assuming you properly prepped the surfaces (no oil, dirt or nast, and if its smooth, you gently scuffed it and then cleaned off the sanding dust), it ain't coming off. EVER.

Worked as expected. Did several jobs requiring this color. Color was not as dark as expected, more orange/yellow.

Good product but make sure you know what color you are ordering! I ended with up a reddish color when I wanted white!

Great product, I have used over 50... But, of little use if shipped without a nozzle. I ordered 2 mahogany and 3 white cartridges and received only one nozzle. Packaging was lousey. Just thrown in a box with a little craft paper. This is very expensive caulk and heavy. Both orders in one package (5 tubes) were loose and banging around. There is a place for the nozzle around the neck of the opening, there was just one loose amongst the tubes and craft paper.
