Suncast 22 Gallon Indoor or Outdoor Backyard Patio Small Storage Deck Box with Attractive Bench Seat and Reinforced Lid, Stone Gray

I bought a same, but light-medium tan, Suncast storage box just shy of 20 years ago and it has held up exceptionally well for storing gardening supplies. It is a little weathered but occasional washing would have kept an even cleaner appearance. This medium-dark gray is perfect for my deck to store a couple of outside seat pillows and deck furniture protective cover. I do not hesitate to leave it out year-round in New England. Great value for a simple and long-lasting, nicely molded storage seat box. Yes, it easily supports my weight about 75 kg

I purchased this box to put my ice melt in during the winter rather than continuously struggling with a bag each year. It works perfect for that. I lined the box with some plastic from rolls I had left over from doing painting in my house just to make it a bit easier to clean. It went together much easier than I had expected. No broken pieces or anything. I do wish it had handles on the side. I put it together in the house and proceeded to then move it to the porch but getting it out there with nothing to hold onto while I also tried to open the door was a challenge. It would also make it easier to move around once you’ve put something in it. Considering the price though, it’s still a good storage box as is.

The Suncast 22-Gallon Small Deck Box is just what I needed for our new patio. We have covers for 1 couch and 3 chairs. Once they dry off, I thought it would be nice to be able to store them.This box is the right size to hold all 4 covers. I can push them down and add other items - like the lighter and fire starting material for our fire pit. The only reason I looked at the assembly directions was to get the right piece on the top and bottom and correct sides facing out.It was super easy to assemble with no tools needed and, when it rains, the inside of this box stays completely dry.You can get a bigger box, but they get expensive quick. You SHOULD look at what you want to put in an outdoor storage box, get out a tape measure and make sure you understand how big the box will be - and how big it isn't.This box is small, but it's the right size for our patio furniture covers and some other small items.

Clutter was collecting on my deck and it was starting to make my eyeball twitch. Truth be told, I picked this item because I wanted something inexpensive and this was one of the least expensive options with the best reviews. A lot of the other deck storage boxes were large, expensive, and bulky. This doesn't take up a lot of space, but offers a decent amount of storage. Also, it is so easy to put together my 8 year old did it in 10 minutes. I did feel like the quality of all the pieces was slightly lacking but for $50, you really can't beat it. It is pretty sturdy once it's assembled. I would for sure get a second one if and when I need it.

It serves this purpose. I was able to store my remote control cars in it. It fit perfectly. I waited to the rain to pass to verify if it is in fact waterproof. Thumbs up. Everything stay dry inside. Assembly was a breeze. It was assembled in about five minutes or less. It’s sturdy enough for a lightweight person to sit on it. We use it to put our drinks on. It’s definitely worth the price. The only thing I wish it had was more sizes. Some areas one might one taller, others may want longer. All in all, it’s a good purchase for outdoor storage. I can imagine that a person that does gardening would enjoy this. Thanks

This Suncast chest is awesome; well built, inventive and perfect for what I needed if for. Great job folks! So pleased they are built in America. Like the Original DanceSocks you can still make products in the USA! You cast your vote with every dollar you spend on Amazon so when possible buy from brands who build in their country of origin. It doesn't have to be American as long as the company isn't outsourcing to communist countries just for the cheaper labor cost. Now, someone find me a door handle made in the USA.

Wanted something for my front porch to hold items that were just sitting around. Wanted to be able to separate the items I needed to store by categories (i.e. car care and plant foods in one and a variety of items in another) so I purchasedtwo. The lids have an indentation that acts like a seat. What impressed me the most is ease of assembly. I just looked at the pieces and snapped them together. Color is perfect to blend in with the concrete "floor".

I bought one for keeping small tools in the garden and was so impressed I bought another to use for UPS and mail packages being delivered. For weatherproof I only gave 4 stars because I am not 100% sure. It appears to be weatherproof but a big storm will only tell. Assembling it was a breeze - VERY easy. It just clips together. I put some cobblestones down in the garden, checked for level and placed the box on top. It makes a great seat - not sure if a 300lb person would work though. It might but I am not willing to try it. Only "annoyance" is - the bottom pops up when you carry it if you are not careful. Not an issue as it pops right back in. This is a great box for the price
