Vitamin quality

Good quality multivitamin. Has outside testing for quality. No taste and capsules are easy to swallow. I do feel better on these but can't tell if it's really helping anything.

Still taking my multi-vitmins.

I do think it works to help fill that gap of vitamins but taking all 3 pills at once is not fun. Makes me feel nauseous. I do intermittent fasting, 16-8 to be specific. So I’m going to try to take the pills more spread out. One at lunch, one after a snack and then one at dinner. If you take these on a empty stomach (like with any multivitamin) you will regret it, so be careful of that. Overall though I like the ingredients that use as that are very high quality when compared to other brands and I’m going to continue to use them.Update: I don’t enjoy really taking these I just feel off from them. I love the ingredients but I won’t be continuing.

great brand

I have severe eczema and allergies. I have tried every supplement and ointment i could think of without any help. I have been taking the immune supplements for about 6 months and 90% of my eczema has resolved without the need for dietary changes (i eat whatever i want). I couldn't recommend higher. Advice about taking: don't take on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea and don't take at night as can cause insomnia. Lunch with food ideal.

Gives me more energy.

This multi has every vitamin and mineral I am requiring due to multiple autoimmune diseases. It's easy to take the 3 pills a day with breakfast and it doesn't upset my stomach like most multis, even the natural ones. I do have to still take some extra amounts of certain vitamin,but that is minor as before I would take over 6 additional single vitamin/minerals on top of my multi to get the required amounts I needed per my Mayo clinic doctor. I feel the difference if I miss a day. If you have any kind of autoimmune disease you need this multi!
