Why did you pick this product vs others?:Why spend money for brand names when these blades do the trick for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend.

I did not know if this brand would be as effective as the more expensive brands so I was taking a chance as a 1 st time buyer. I was pleasantly surprised that it this razor has the same quality as the more expensive name brands. This will be my go to razor from now on.

This is my favorite Razor EVER! Does a good job and is soft on the skin.

Compared to the 2-blade disposable free blade you get at hotels, this razor is a delight. It provides a smooth shave with little to no skin irritation, at least while the blades are fresh. I have very sensitive skin, so this is important to me. The handle is nicely weighted and feels comfortable in my hand. I like that it comes with a bunch of razor head refills so I'm not throwing away as much plastic each time.That said, replacing the razor blade head is a pain in the rear. Holding on to the head just so while trying to manipulate the handle to attach is challenging under dry conditions and downright impossible if your hands are wet. Given that hands are usually wet when showering, this seems to be an odd thing to overlook for the product designers. It is also possible to install the razor head upside down with no clear indication that you did so until you try to shave. I like that it comes with a holder for the wall, though the downside is that when it falls to the floor of the shower, the head tends to fall off.

I recently purchased the Amazon Basics 5‑Blade razor kit, complete with replacement heads, and I’m impressed. Smooth, close shave, Long‑lasting blades - stays sharp for up to two weeks with regular use! Ideal if you’re price-conscious but still want clean, smooth results.

This is a follow-up review, as I've had these on subscription order from the first time I used them. These razors are top quality and measure up to razors that cost 4 x's as much. As we know, some products make a strong premier when first launched and then the quality and materials can be changed by the manufacturer. Not these! The blades are sharp, the pivoting blade holder is still smooth and the suction cup holder (original purchase of razor includes this) is still hanging firmly. I've read reviews about these being "gooey and messy," but all you need to do is rinse the blades and hang it to dry or place it on a shelf, window ledge or shower caddy blade side up and it stays in excellent condition.

The soap on the razor does not last that long not even used it a month and already need to change the head of it

I just tried this razor and already planning to buy more refill cartridges. I loved it. Highly recommend
