I have chronic dry eye as a result of lupus and am constantly struggling to find products to alleviate the discomfort. I have tried many eye masks - some break very easily, some are so stiff that they do one eye at a time, some are just plain uncomfortable. This eye mask is none of those things. I love that it can be cooled or heated. I love that it’s weighted so that all the hot or cold gets pressed into your eyes for a thorough treatment and faster relief. I love how comfortable it is to use and i love that it has a cover that can be removed and washed to keep it sanitary. I won’t be looking for a new eye mask after using this one. I’m sold!!

Feels good in the morning to have finally slept with eyelids closed. Only thing is heat doesn’t last very long and is extremely warm/potentially uncomfortable right at first- but at least doesn’t take as nearly as long to freeze/cold pressure eye mask. Either way comfortable and helpful for those who have trouble blinking correctly/enough or possibly other eye conditions.

I got this because I was told i have dry eye and it was recommended to use a warm compress a couple times a day. I chose this mask because of the removable cover which can be hand washed when necessary and that it can be used for warm or cold compress. It’s the first time I’ve used anything like this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Using it warmed up is relaxing and seems to help with my issue. I like the weight of the mask, I don’t think it is too heavy. It also came with a travel case which is handy for traveling.

I love this mask. I tried two other similar masks as well as a wash rag and a facial steamer. The other masks were spread too far apart and divided so someone with a smaller face can't get full eye coverage. But this one does not have a divider so you can shake the beads wherever you want. The heat really has moisture and it stays warm about 5 minutes. Honestly I don't think any of these bead masks can stay warm longer. When I take it off my vision is blurry so I know it really worked to get my meibomian glands to open. Definitely recommend for blepharitis.

At first, I balked at the price of this moist heat eye mask, but I ordered anyway, and am glad I did. It is the best I have used. It fits my small face and is silky and comfortable to wear. The bonus of the lid wipes in the package was good too. The mask comes with a nice black mesh bag for storage (if you are into that sort of thing), I re-purposed mine as I just keep my eye mask at my bedside. My dry eyes certainly feel better if I use this mask regularly.

I would prefer to have two inserts so that one is always available cold from the freezer thereby not having to wait 2 hours for it to freeze and be used! Secondly I followed directions for my 1000 w microwave for 15 seconds, BUT this only gave me a little over 4 minutes of heat.

Was hoping to use this to sleep in but the beeds inside slide to one side of the mask (I'm a side sleeper) and put a lot of pressure on that eye. But I can use it for warm and cool compresses during the day when needed. So not a total loss.

I wish the mess bag was a little bigger so I can store the eye wipes in it or instead there was a pouch or satchel to store the eye wipes in. I like to keep all my stuff neatly together.
