Both were good for my hair.

Good shampoo and conditioner, doesn’t make your hair grow but hair feels nice after wash.but very expensive

The shampoo and conditioner lasted around 5 months with daily use (once a day) which was great. Hair feels nice and clean but no noticeable thickness or regrowth. No noticeable accelerated hair loss either so maybe it works.Generally a nice shampoo and conditioner but expensive though does last a while. Will try other options and come back to this.The lack of a bar code is irritating. I know that sounds odd but I scan most products with YUKA to check the toxicity of ingredients. No barcode means no scan but also feels a little mysterious. Possibly may avoid due to this.

Started using this product as my head was getting so itchy with ordinary shampoo and conditioner. What a change, scalp fine after a few washes. Brilliant stuff

As you can see by the photo only one pump works .You'd think the amount the item costs they're check the pump before hand to make sure both work before posting to customer .

This hair care line is very good. I started using it a month ago and it has stopped my hair loss. I am combining it with the capsules and the oil. The smell it leaves in my hair is very pleasant. My hair is shinier. However, if you have dry hair, I recommend that you apply a moisturizing mask once a week. Apart from this, I do recommend it and I would buy it again.

I have over half of conditioner and shampoo unused because it made my hair thin and my scalp itch. My hair did not feel clean because of build up awful products

I've been using the Biotin shampoo and conditioner exclusively for about two month. I have fine, silky hair which seems to have become finer/thinner as i entered my 40s and I can honestly say Biotin has made my hair feel and look thicker.I have a dry scalp so previously used anti dandruff shampoo (on amd off) and I would say that the Biotin initially made my dandruff much worse but this seems to have resolved now and my hair is pretty much dandruff free.I do slightly wonder if the thin hair issue was caused by the anti dandruff shampoo I've used more on than and off for 20 years and it's only resolved now as I've exclusively used something else but who knows, my hair feels and looks thicker and that's worth the price to me anyway.
