Great set
This is such a great buy! I make lots of Artisan style breads, and this whisk is just amazing. I was most impressed when I used it to whip up a batch of sourdough buttermilk waffle batter, it incorporated it with minimal effort. My toddlers user it easily too! The lame is solid, but I find myself using a razor blade by itself more than I use the lame itself. Both are good quality.
