I've been a music professional for over 25 years, mostly in the studio. However, I needed something that I could use for various needs... remote sound, recording live music, webcasts, etc. Over the years, the Behringer name has been synonymous with terms like "cheap", "copycat", etc. and looked down upon by industry pros. BUT... this unit continues to amaze me! Extremely versatile, all the features you'd expect out of a "big" console (gates/ dynamics/ eq on every channel/ DCA groups/ great effects/ incredible routing!), and it truly sounds great! Don't let the price and size fool you... this is a serious piece of gear! I currently use the free iPad app with it, which was very easy to get around on, but I continue to find new layers of features as I need them. :-) I can't recommend this item highly enough.

Behring has always been a good buy for the dollar. The sound is as expected. The sound is clean. Portability is great and much easier than my old Mackie 24 channel. With the 6 aux outs we can all go “in ear” for the monitors.

The mixer was easy to set up. I wouldn't use the internal router since loosing connection at my family reunion several time was embarrassing. Fortunately I had a spare 6 channel mixer. I purchased a router and connected my computer via an Ethernet cable. This setup was fantastic. I mixed about 50 to 75 feet with my tablet and didn't lose connection. Be sure you have a decent router. Do some checks before your gig. What comes this mixer is more than enough to mix. The effects are world class. I like the EQ, especially the graphic for house and monitors. I use the parametric for voice shaping. Mixing was easy and precise and not stressful. Digital mixing is it. I recommend purchasing this mixer with no reservations.

I love the size and look of the device. Unfortunately the android app for it is so awful I'm going to return this ASAP. It's like a Highschool student made it in their coding class. Another thing that all these devices should do is let us control it over usb. (Already connecting it to record so why not allow me to control it too. Let's make it happen Behringer! But seriously fix your android app.

I’ve used this mainly as a recording interface for live vst instruments and audio within ableton and logic. Works really well for this application. The preamps are pretty decent. Haven’t had the opportunity to run live sound with it yet.Software for the iPad is great....software for android (v8) not so great at all, in fact couldn’t access some settings at all. So just beware of trying to use an older android tablet. I bought one intending to have it be dedicated for running the xair software. Not so much...The WiFi doesn’t seem to like to stay connected to my home WiFi, so like most folks recommend either plan on using in access point mode or using an outboard router.Besides those couple gotchas it’s a great piece of gear for the money, replaced my studio live and takes up less space and $$$ doing so. You have tons of routing, mixing and monitoring options and plenty of inputs and outputs to play with. I’m certainly impressed.

Awesome incredible board! I now have 3. Can't go wrong with the price and performance. I use them for running sound for a six piece band to running sound and mics for a children's room at church. I highly recommend.

This is my first go at digital mixing and I must say this mixer is truly AMAZING. The features contained in this small stage box are too much to list at this writing. Remote control from any device, LAN control from CAT5, 18X18 for DAW and returns and the list goes on and on. I'm totally on board with digital at this point.
