You can airtight the bags in glass, plastic, metal, whatever you want. If you don't get to them within three months they will begin to go stale. I learned after splurging on YG and several other teas at once. I thought it would be fun to rotate teas day in and day out and it was. But I had hundreds of bags on hand. I started to notice at the three-month mark that some were going off. Lesson learned. Many of the ones that smelled freshest I gave away. Others I eventually threw away when I experienced what months-old tea tasted like. It's not pleasant. Remember we don't know how old it is when we get it. So do the math. If you clock in at a bag a day and you're drinking by yourself, order the 80-count. If you consume two or more a day or have help, go for the 120 or even 240 count.
