bought it with the intentions of use it to have a better sleep and definitely worth it! the price is affordable in comparison to other brands. this is my third bottle! its a must on my night routine. def recommended. there is a HUGE difference in between before and after taking this supplement.

I can fall asleep within 15 minutes-Can cause IBS or Crohns flare.
Helps me fall asleep! Caution, if you have Crohns or IBS, this can activate a flare. With that said, sleep is required, just be aware.

This product contains multiple excipients and fillers—such as magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide—that can aggravate gut inflammation and may be problematic for anyone with leaky gut or related digestive sensitivities. Ironically, I purchased it as part of a gut-healing regimen, but these additives can do more harm than good in such cases.
