Nice mugs
Good serviceable mugs and with a larger capacity than most. It is my mug of choice for everyday use. Although they come with a lid for use as a travel mug they do not stay hot for any longer than any normal ceramic mug. If you are planning on colouring them in the colour doesn't last more than a few months. Anyway they look more stylish left black and white.

After care service not to good
Pens did not work and instead of sending a new set of pens wanted me to send the cup back that had already been given as a present

Felt tip ink still smudges
Thought the mug looked good & sturdy. However after drawing in it, I baked it as per instructions...however the felt pen had not set and still smudged. So tried baking for a bit longer and it made no difference...not very impressed, as bought it so my daughter could decorate/personalise for her dads birthday.
