Awesome product
This is a great product. I’ve lifted for 10 years but one hour of this hits muscles in a different way. I would be as bold to say for a newcomer this is better than a gym pass. Its no secret this is made in china but its a good product and very cheap. Also has good quality grip exercisers for forearms

Let this Firm go
This is the second time I've ordered items from HK. Online Lim the first time was a power twister which was 40kg and should have been 30kg. This time I ordered a chest expander which was not the one I ordered the one I got was a three function exerciser the box arrived open it says on the box there's an instruction manual within, no where to be seen also the parts for the feet I don't where they come they from they don't even fit the Chest expander what's in the box. I will not have anything to do with this Firm again. Having said all this the chest expander it's self was ok, just not what I ordered.

Really useful for back exercise and way cheaper than a gym membership. Fixed my posture while watching netflix!
