I am so happy with this purchase. I don't eat the healthiest and need a product that helps provide my body with the nutrients it needs. I don't like pill form supplements because often times they are filled with fillers, that once finally digested, there is little to no nutritional value.Wheat grass offers so many benefits and I've heard it over and over again. it's so good for our body. It helps to alkalize the body, because cancer thrives in an acidic atmosphere and cannot survive in a well alkalized body, it gives her increased energy, focus, and all around just makes you feel better. If you've never had any form of protein powder or powder form greens, this may be a bit hard for you to get used to. It's gritty and I'm not going to lie, it tastes like grass. It is so worth it though because of the benefits it offers the body. For me, mixing it with 8 ounces of water is just too painstaking. I usually mix it with 2 ounces of water and chug away.I've been taking it for 7 days now and I can honestly say that I have more energy than I have in a long time. I'm normally very lethargic, lack motivation, have no desire to work out, etc. I wasn't sure if it was working or not until I forgot to take it one day and I couldn't believe how I felt. I was back to my sluggish self.Every morning, while I am waiting for my coffee to brew, I mix it up and chug it down. I have found that I drink far less coffee now that I did before I started taking it. Most days now I can barely finish one cup of coffee.In the last 2 days, I've biked and walked over 10 miles. I haven't walked 10 miles in the last 3 months combined. It's a great start to the day. I love the fact that it's Organic. With so many products on the market these days, it is important to know what we are putting into our bodies.I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone. I decided to use wheatgrass for its health benefits. I have ordered Girme's wheatgrass powder several times for myself and for extended family. Earlier I had used another brand, but find Girme's is better. I have bought both the bottle and the sachets, I found difference in the powder between these too. The powder in the sachets varies in colour not just from the bottle, but within the sachets and varies in taste accordingly. I have continued to use Girme's as even when kept for a long time the powder quality is maintained. I found it helpful for digestive health and hair. I find hair quality improves with continued use of wheatgrass powder.

I have used 24 Mantra organic wheatgrass powder before. And as compared to that, this is definitely more drinkable coz it is not as sour as the old one. But same goes for benefits as I used to have stronger effects in terms of the overall good feelings and the clarity and the alkalinity that I can sense as compared to the other brand. Sorry I do not have any technical comparison. It is good product all in all. Good for starters as my friend has not been able to even taste the 24 Mantra wheatgrass for once. I have grown to that clearly sour taste, like spinach with some cabbage. So I will prefer the other brand for now.

I was looking for wheatgrass powder online and found this company on Amazon. The best thing is it’s organic and taste exactly like fresh wheatgrass. It’s always better to opt for fresh wheatgrass but since I don’t have time I opted for powdered wheatgrass. I bought this as remedy to hair fall and to improve my skin, which was seen after a consumption of whole bottle. I consume it once a day with amla and aloe Vera juice. this is my 2nd grimme's wheat grass powder. I was looking for Dr. Bergs wheat grass powder but its too expensive for me maybe its beacause of import fees, then I found this. The sachets are kinda usefull since I travel a lot, I tried akiva, apiva, bliss of earth whaet grass and even orieants wheat grass pill, I found out that this product is the best amongst them also I tried fast and up it's kinda rival grimme's wheat grass but I think I'm gonna stick to this product.

I was amazed with natural sweetness by comparing other similar product. Taste so gentle and my body responded excellently. I feel that my skin tone lighter after taking this powder 7 days continually.

Happy about the individual packets it came in, so convenient and easy to use. I like grassy and natural flavors so I really enjoyed this. I mixed in room temperature water so it was a little grainy but I don't mind that at all. If you want it smoother you should probably use a blender or mix in slightly warmed water. Has so many health benefits. Highly recommend.
