Game-Changer for Digestion and Bloating – So Glad I Found These!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Game-Changer for Digestion and Bloating – So Glad I Found These!I started using the Oxford Origins 10-in-1 Digestive Enzyme Supplements after struggling with post-meal bloating and sluggish digestion, especially after heavier or high-protein meals. Within the first week, I noticed a real difference — less bloating, less discomfort, and a flatter-feeling stomach by the end of the day.I now take one capsule with each main meal, and it’s become an essential part of my daily routine.🔬 What’s Inside:This isn’t just a basic digestive enzyme – it’s a full 10-in-1 blend designed to actually support gut function from multiple angles:Digestive Enzymes – for breaking down proteins, fats, carbs, and fibre more efficientlyProbiotics – help rebalance gut flora and support regularityPeppermint Oil – a subtle bonus that soothes the digestive tract (especially good if you’re prone to IBS-type symptoms)All ingredients are UK-made and vegan, which is important to me — no fillers or unnecessary extras, and it’s gentle enough to take every day.✅ Pros:Noticeable relief from bloating within daysOne vegan capsule per meal – easy to remember and convenientContains probiotics + peppermint oil for extra gut supportMade in the UK with clean ingredients and trustworthy formulationCapsule is easy to swallow, no aftertaste or repeat❌ Cons:Works best when taken consistently — not a “one and done” fixMay take a few days to notice full effects (don’t expect overnight results)Would love a larger bottle option or multi-pack bundle for regular usersFinal Thoughts:This has become one of those low-effort, high-impact supplements for me. My digestion feels smoother, and I don't get that heavy, bloated feeling even after larger meals. If you’re dealing with bloating, gas, or general digestive sluggishness, this is absolutely worth trying — especially with the added bonus of probiotics and peppermint oil.

Minty but effective.
Really like these. Feel much better and less bloated after taking. Will buy again. They do have quite a strong peppermint taste. I take them on an empty stomach.

ok
I tried to compare these to another digestive enzyme supplement I was taking, Enzymedica's Digest Gold with Probiotics. Because the enzyme quantites are stated in different units, it is hard to compare for the large part but I was able to determine that the protease level was relatively low compared to Digest Gold. Both contain probiotics which is useful. This product contains fungal protease which is a useful addition. And also peppermint oil in a small amount, however, pure peppermint oil is very strong and the capsules smell strongly of peppermint and when you burp you can feel the peppermint. So I'd rather they contained a little less peppermint! They also contain betaine HCl which is used to lower stomach pH, which is useful, however, I prefer not to have any betaine HCl in my enzyme supplements and take the HCl separately, in the event i want to take enzymes without the HCl as I've taken enough already and don't want heartburn, which these sometimes gave me. It just means it is less of a flexible product. So overall ok.
