My go to for allergy relief. Can't eat grapefruit with it.
Brilliant, easy to use, value for money at this size and I know it works because its my go to for allergy relief. Size of capsule is okay for me and it lasts about 7 hours. No after taste. read instructions before taking in case it interferes with other medication. You cannot eat grapefruit with this according to instructions.

The product itself is great and cheaper than at supermarkets
I got to the point where the other two (Cetirizine and Loratadine) weren't really helping any more and you had to build those up over days in your system. This one is Acrivastine and works 15 minutes after taking, so you only need to take it when necessary. Seems to work after the others stopped doing so. Ask your GP for Acrivastine on prescription, it might be better as they tend to give you more capsules for your prescription fee (especially if you get free prescriptions).

The best
Make sure to clean your nose with an alcohol wipe (or make up remover) . Make sure your nose is clean and dry . I've got nasal polyps, and these babies will stay on all night which means I can breathe all night! Not the cheapest but definitely the best. I highly recommend them.
