Ive been doing the keto diet so I started taking collagen peptide supplements. I usually do collagen powder in my coffee but these collagen capsules are a good replacement when im busy. I like that they come in capsule form. I did not like the fact that there was a separate shipping charge, but it is understandable since the product is coming from California and I read that California has a lot of issues nowadays. The product does not have a taste and I can feel the benefits of taking the product (no joint pain)

You have to take too many capsules seems to me product could have been more condensed as 5 capsules are too difficult to take at one time
