When you have issue and ask Amazon customer care, they will point out to Firebolt customer care. And Firebolt customer care will point out to Amazon customer care. You will become the ping pong ball and your issue will not get resolved5. So never buy this and waste your money. Even if you want to buy, then buy from sources which can give you warranty.
