The ability to make it cooler or warmer is my favorite feature. It is soft and the weight of it keeps it in place. Wearing it when it is cool was very relaxing for me. I found it very comfortable.

The mask is very nice! It is very relaxing and can be used cool or warm. The thickness is nice and has a bit of weight to it to help relax more. Its very easy to use, adjustable and worth the money.The only thing I would do is trying to find a way to keep it cooler longer. Im going through perimenopause and I get bad migraines. So when im having hot flashes it doesnt stay cool for long.

I absolutely love this eye mask, it has been a game changer for me. It literally feels amazing on the face, and my eyes, so cushiony and soft. I use the cooling method mostly, it feels great on my tire eyes. It even works on eye bags, headaches, and my insomnia. It blocks 100% of all light, very durable, fits comfortably, about a quart of on inch thick, great quality, and so easy to use!

The material is really soft. There is an adjustable strap to match your head size . I was able to wear it all night and not feel claustrophobic. I love the fact that you can have it cold or hot. I prefer it cold. The color is very vibrant. Definitely will purchase again.

It is resolving my panda eyes one night at a time. I keep it in my fridge all day then sleep with this on for whole night.I am a side sleeper and move a lot during sleep. This never falls off, all other masks give me ear pain right over the edge, this one doesnt. It just so comfy and soft. I love it!

It’s really nice. It can get hot when it’s really hot in your room but when it comes out of the fridge it’s amazing

This mask worked great for a couple of weeks. When cold it feels so good on my face. However, it no longer stays cold for very long. Five minutes maybe. Other masks I have stay colder for the doctor recommended 20 minutes at least. I have not used this with heat.
