Excellent as alwaysWas fooled by another item, 1 kg pack at around 600 but that was inedible product. And even difficult to return. Even packaging is different from that shown on amazon

I'd probably give full stars but the very nature of this product i.e. it's super-fine powdery form is a bit of hassle to work with. It's just everywhere the moment I open the lid, thus leading to some wastage. When I received it, the secondary-paper lid had torn at the edge slightly due to pressure from the primary lid and some of the powder had escaped the box. I beleive the packaging is to be blamed. I guess a different shape would prevent wastage like maybe a narrow top and wider bottom.It tastes delicious though and seems to be pure cocoa. In it's raw form it has a mild brown hue but after baking it turns into a beautiful shade of dark brown color. I have used it to bake cakes/cupcakes and prepared chocolate glaze. I have no concerns about it's quality.
