**Update**The replacement speaker came in today. I synced it with the other one and OMG!!! They are fantastic!!!! The other speaker was just defective. Having two functioning speakers makes our backyard into party central! Couldn’t be happier!I ordered a set of these. One is crisp, clear, and fairly loud. The other I have returned for a replacement. It sounded terrible, low volume, low quality, crackly sounding. Had I not bought 2 and saw what they were supposed to sound like, I would have asked for a refund. Instead, I asked for them to replace the defective one. I’m hoping it arrives with the same level of quality as the first one.I really wish they were a touch louder. They are good, but squeezing a few more watts in would have made them great.Technically, they are easy to set up and use. They connect to one another seamlessly and we’re ready to go in under 5 minutes. I let them charge initially until they were fully charged before I tried to use them.Aesthetically, they look nice. I ordered the stone color and it works for us. Obviously it doesn’t look exactly like a rock, but if placed in an environment around other rocks I feel it wouldn’t look too out of place.In retrospect, I’m pleased with the one (crossing my fingers on the replacement) but wish they were just a touch louder for that “party” feel. That being said, 2 fully working units may make all the difference in the world!

I bought a set of 4 for my brother's bday present. The sound and setup was so easy that I bought another set of 4 for my backyard. Bluetooth setup with my Apple TV 4K was super easy as was the host/client setup between the speakers. Solar charging seems to be working very well as far as I can tell. No issues with power.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. These speakers sound great, connect as easy as you’d expect and they’re solar….the turn on every time. I totally recommend for a fantastic backyard patio music experience.

The speaker is great so far. It has decent sound, keeps a good charge and has held up through tons of rain and some thunderstorms. I’m disappointed in the company though…I haven’t even had this speaker for a month. I come back today to order some more to connect to the one I got and the price is now $150!? I paid $80 for one, again LESS than a month ago. I just thing it’s crazy that the price has already almost doubled.

Great sound and nice quality. It’s pretty loud and easy to turn.

Purchased this speaker in mid July and worked well; we kept the speaker under a covered area of our backyard to protect it from rain. Within two months, the speaker would not turn on. We charged it for several hours and followed the troubleshooting steps Vitriola/Amazon list, and nothing worked. The company was unresponsive when I called to seek to use the warranty for a replacement speaker or a refund. During the company’s hours of operations, no one answers the phone - calls go to voicemail and they don’t bother to return messages. After 4 weeks of trying to get in touch with them, had to seek Amazon’s help; Amazon agreed to let us return the speaker to Amazon even though it was outside of the 30 day free return period, because they recognized the company was being unresponsive (Amazon rep also tried calling). Unfortunately, Amazon docked us $15 which is typically done when they accept a return outside of the 30 day return period, but at least we got rid of this poorly made speaker (with equally poor customer service). Buyer beware - seek other outdoor speakers; this one looks nice, but what good is that if it won’t work?

This rock speaker delivers great sound quality for outdoors. In the winter, we use it to play Holiday music and synchronize with our Christmas lights show. In the summer, it is a useful backyard speaker for hanging out. The Bluetooth pairing works really well, better than expecting since that is often an area that speakers struggle with. The solar charging in the winter isn’t great but mostly because of inconsistent sunlight, not because of the solar charger. USB-C works really well if solar is a problem. I can easily recommend this speaker.
