Alright but not great
A very powdery flour, and yet gritty. Ended up mixing it with other flours for better consistency. Beremeal is the best flour I've used. I can recommend that.

This flour is excellent for making gluten free cakes. The best I have found yet.

Tastes just like regular flour
Very grateful to have discovered this, raises great and tastes just like ordinary flour (you do have to use Xanthum Gum though but that's not expensive.
