It is not correct. The first human trial showed 300 mg can increase NAD+ by 50%. I have been taking it at 250mg and saw results in two weeks. Actually the person name E J-Amamzon would be correct in his answer. They list the actual amount of Copper Niacin (which no other product is uses this) on the label shows Niacin 810mcgs and Copper with 192mcgs which is only 1002mcgs= only 1 milligram. Then they show the total of all three ingredients as 312mgs. So 311 milligrams would be the other energy boosting ingredients that's in it and only 1 milligram of Copper Niacin. This is not a true NAD supplement.
