Sorry but this didnt make a bit of difference to how full i felt...just continue with diet and plenty of water...may work for others .

Work well
Great these worked for me. They worked best when I took them at least 30 mins before a meal and with at least one full glass of water. I’m eating smaller portions and not snacking. Would recommend

Waste of money,
Even with dieting it did not assist me to lose weight.

These are easy to take and are tasteless. They help to promote a feeling of fullness and curb that awful "I feel hungry" feeling.
