Faulty battery and seller disputing return shipping cost
What a disappointment. We set up this item on Christmas day, but upon 1st charge, the battery started smoking and omitting a burning smell. This item is clearly faulty and dangerous but the Seller won't pay return shipping. Please consider buying an alternative product and look for UL2272 certification

Battery charger failed
Unit has stopped charging, checked voltage from charger and it's dead. Only purchased before Christmas. Have contacted amazon / seller for response, waiting feedback.
