Nature Stories: Little Sunflower: Discover an Amazing Story from the Natural World-Padded Board Book

Well my daughter is 1. I think she likes it?But her mama sure loves it! :)

We are using this book to get our toddler excited for gardening this spring. The story flows well with plenty of rhyming, and goes through the entire life cycle from seed to flower to seed again.

I have bought several of the books in this series and they are perfect for teaching life cycles and water cycles. They are simple enough for preschool, but have enough science to teach children in older grades. The pictures are very cute and pull the reader into the story and make learning science fun.

This book is wonderfully written and the illustrations are adorable. My son LOVES all the books in this series. I love that they are educational AND fun. I love to gift them as well.

As expected

Bought this for our 1 year old after he loved the sister book, "Little Acorn". However this has a factual error about the flowers life cycle and isnt nearly as fun to read as the sister book, the story nor the text itself flow very well. Definitely disappointed. Lovely illustrations, however.

Perfect lil poem with friendly pictures and pleasant messaging. Never too early to start reading to little ones. Suggested for newborn up to prekindergarten, maybe beyond. Likely to become a childhood favorite for the family.

Great story. My boys LOVE the big sunflower pictures! I got this copy for my niece and my sister also loves it. Great book!

The book is a good size and the pages are sturdy. Cute story about the life of a sunflower. Educational! Color’s are vibrant and the story is simple and fun. It is a favourite in our house. :) I recommend this to anyone with toddlers!

The best educational book for little minds. We love this book and read it every day. It's a great book for understanding the change of seasons and growth. Great to read before a gardening activity. Couldn't recommend this book series more.

My 10 month old son absolutely loves this book, particularly the illustrations of the sunflower. He gets very excited to see the last page! I love that it’s an educational story as well and has a nice rhyme and rhythm to it so it’s enjoyable to read.
