If you want the best meat chopper this is it. Very sturdy and will last a long time. Others say they are nylon but are lightweight plastic and have a narrow stem. Others are 2 piece and this is 1 piece nylon.

Works great and saves time

I don't know how I ever survived without one. I'm a grounding fool now.

By applying gentle downward motion with some twisting easily breaks up ground meat on a pat or pot. It's not necessarily game changer level better than other tools, but I do think it saves maybe ~30% time.My one gripe with this is that the meat stuck in between the crevices can be annoying to clean. Since it's hard to get a sponge in between the blades, the fat from the meat can be stubborn to wash out.

I finally broke down and bought one. It works so much better than your typical wooden spoon. Lighter weight but sturdy enough to get the job done.

The masher is great for cooking ground meats. It is easy to break up the meat and cook the meat quickly and evenly. It also helps to distribute spices and other add-ins throughout the meat mixture.

I kept seeing people using this in videos and I finally ordered one. Works great. To life-changing, but a useful tool.
