dangerous,handle bars just collasped inwaerds hitting grandaughter in stomach,handlebars will not remain upright,picture above of some of the bits picked up of ground,was bought as a christmas present.only used sbout 12 times.only ever been charged up twice,ho mcom refuse to exchange or refund as there IS ONLY A 6 MONTH WARRENTY ON IT,should not be on the market as could cause a serious accident

Great little scooters.I bought a pair for 2 kids - one 7yrs and one 8yrs and they're a good size, leaving plenty of room to extend both the handlebar and saddle heights.They're quite nippy things, with quick acceleration, although not too much for a child to handle!Charging times are much faster than expected. Probably under 2 hours.They've been used on an almost 2 mile round trip, so far.Upon delivery there was a problem with one of them only switching on intermittently.The seller was excellent to deal with, giving very fast email responses and resolving the problem immediately without quibble.I would highly recommend this seller and product, too.EDIT:Approximately 10 months on from date of purchase.Since my original review about my purchase and excellent experience with resolving an issue with 1 of the 2 scooters I purchased (above) I have since experienced a problem with the 2nd scooter from my purchase - nearly 1 year on!!Again, I found the company to be extremely courteous, helpful and very prompt at replying to emails.My emails were replied to by the following working day and a resolution was reached extremely quickly.I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so having dealt with this excellent company.I can honestly say that they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!Dealing with a company after a purchase can very often be a frustrating process.This company treats you, the customer, exactly how you would hope to be treated, going the extra mile to ensure that you are a happy customer!!Such a breathe of fresh air these day!!Very highly recommended !!(I am not connected to this company in any way other than a normal customer!)

My little girl loves it not had no problems with it she has autism didn’t think she would go on it but once seen other children on there she fall in love with her and now can’t get her off it so big bonus for us 😀

If I could give a zero star I would . Don't waste your money . I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday she had it 2 days and it won't charge up . Contacted the company to be pushed from piler to post . Had to wait on someone contacting me to be told to send videos and now still waiting on a reply all because I asked for a full refund of my money .

My granddaughter loved this scooter. After a couple of weeks it started to make an horrendous noise and she couldn't use it. Received a refund
