I’ve tried multiple different Magnesium supplements over the last few years with various results but never anything really life changing. I suffer from chronic insomnia and even if I fall asleep, I wake up throughout the night. UNTIL NOW. These magnesium gummies are amazing and LEGIT. They WORK. For the first time I sleep through the entire night. No tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling. A sleep a FULL NIGHT through. Life changing for me.The only negatives I can write are they are very dense gummies and do stick to your teeth. the peach flavor is fine but not super yummy like candy so don’t expect that. It’s totally fine tasting though.Bottom line these are the best magnesium supplements I’ve taken that actually really work for me.

I've been happy with this supplement. It's been great for promoting restful sleep. The raspberry flavor is a nice touch, makes it more enjoyable to take. The only thing that could be improved is the taste. It's not awful, but could be a bit better. Regardless, it's a solid choice for a Magnesium supplement!

What's even better is that they're vegan and gluten-free. Not to mention, they have no added sugars. I'm pretty impressed by this product. I have a hard time staying asleep because of restless legs. Without these, I have to stretch my way to sleep, and then wake up halfway through the night and have to stretch/exercise my way to exhaustion for about 40 mins before being to fall asleep again.With these, I fall asleep easily and stay asleep. I noticed my sleep is deeper. I also had the opportunity to really test if it was just these magnesium supplements or a combo of other vitamins, and I was able to prove these for being singularly the solution for my restless legs.I take 3-4 depending on how stressful my day was about 20 mins before bed. They taste great and tart (raspberry). They're a little on the stiffer side, but that is not a bother at all, especially since too soft gummies can melt and stick to each other. These will not have that problem.
