Nexabiotic Advanced Multi Probiotics and Prebiotics for Women & Men with Saccharomyces Boulardii, Lactobacillus Acidophilus

I don't have any major digestive conditions, but take prescribed medication and have lifestyle issues that can disrupt digestive function.So I periodically experience gastritis, OR constipation, OR loose stools, OR bloating and gas (after eating grains or cruciferous veg).I take one capsule of this product most mornings on an empty stomach, aiming for the next meal or snack to include prebiotics (fruit/ veg/ seeds/ green tea/ inulin). I do not take the recommended second dose before bed, primarily to save money.This has reduced bloating and gas, plus normalised frequency ... although not noticably better than cheaper products with far fewer strains and CFUs.UPDATE: Following a course of antibiotics I had terrible bloating and constipation. This product relieved the symptoms within days. Despite the cost Nexabiotic has earned a permanent place in my refrigerator.

It's hard to answer if these probiotic works for you, because all bodies are different, and we all have different diets. But for me I can feel a difference in my skin and my vag. I have had issue with thrush, but these have helped.I eat 3 a day, as I feel like 1 is not enough.

I have only taken this for a few days so too early to tell if its working, my digestive system has been a mess for months now after a course of antibiotics.Anyway this product looks like good value for money, and I tested the capsules in a glass of milk over night and compared with my old probiotic. This one seemed to be much better, it turned the milk into a yogurtty mess like it should, whereas my old probiotic didn't really do much.So whilst its impossible to say how many bacteria are actually alive in each capsule when you take it, there are clearly enough. The bottle comes with a good seal and cotton wool inside to keep them dry so there should be minimal die off.The one downside is that the bottle I received seemed to be several months old, I would have preferred something only a few weeks old as obviously some of the bacteria do die over time. I guess this is because its from the US and not widely available here.

There's a lot of probiotics on the market and it's a bit like taking pot luck on what will be good for you.I had a 'gut health' test done and found which strains I needed. This product was the only one that had all of the strains I needed in one capsule.Now I don't suffer from bloating.

Very happy with it. Quickly (within 2 weeks) solved my problems after being on antibiotic. Took 1 tablet a day for 2 months.

I have IBS and have found this multi probiotic to actually work for me. I have tried others in the past with no effect but this one has improved my life considerably!
