This is perfect for my kids. I add it to their juice/bottle to make it easy for them to drink. The taste of vanilla is not bad & don't complain. I love mary ruth products for my kids!

I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my children’s eating habits when they take this in the morning. They tend to eat more than usual and are more likely to choose the healthier items on their plates.The only downside is that while my 3-year-old loves the taste, my 2-year-old doesn’t. It’s a bit of a struggle to get my younger one to take it consistently each day.

Love this product for my child. Just put the vitamin in some apple juice (mixed with water) and she drinks it up everytime.
