This stuff is great. I started taking l-carnitine a year ago to help with weight loss. I could definitely tell the difference when I took it before a work out. I played around with a couple brands. The last one I took didn't make much of a difference so I had planned to switch to another that worked better. Well as fate would have I've recently to Europe unexpectedly and now found myself having to try something new once gaina.Let me tell you.. I have not felt anything like this in a LONG time. I'm sitting here drenched in sweat. I took a couple pills a couple hours ago, knowing I was going to work out today. Once I started moving I couldn't get enough. My energy is so drastically different! Squat after squat. But I don't feel jittery in any way. I'm so sensitive to that kind of stuff I don't even drink coffee. I just feel energized, and ready to move on with the rest of my day/evening.Can't wait to see results a month from now. Try it! If you're nervous start with one capsule once a day in the morning then increase to 2 as directed. Won't hurt to try.

Can't say if it is doing anything but I am taking quite a few supplements- nothing adverse though

Not sure if it's helping me lose weight but I do have the deepest and most restful sleep!
