Very well made. Easy to install.
Great light. Matches our other leds perfectly. The remote is easy to maneuver. And all the different settings are great. Overall took about 5 mins to install. Very well made. Super happy with this product

Good light and fan for my basement
This fan and light came and was easy to install. The only two things that made me give it a four star instead of a five star rating are;1. The one light circle was pushed up and the lights were stuck to it so I had to push them back down into the recessed area and put the circle back in.2. In the description it says that you can change the color of the lights and I thought that to mean I could change them to different colors like other smart lights. The only change is from white to an off-white to a cream colored softer light.

Nice light, fan is quiet ambient light can change colors
Easy to install, light is bright, fan is quite except when it first turns on it makes a click sound. Can get more features out of it with the app. can dim both the ambient light on the top and the fan light on the bottom.

Pretty easy
This was pretty easy to install. I will suggest however, that you move the grounding wire up from the ceiling first, and then carefully screw back to the fan. It’s very difficult to take the grounding wire up through the base of the fan to your metal portion of the pre installed bracket. We decided to ground first and then bring that grounding wire down to the fan. You will have to use your own screws as the screws they offer were not long enough to go from this fans bass bracket to my preinstalled bracket on the ceiling due to drywall.I feel like the plastic grate is a little bit flimsy. I’m hoping that that will last at least a year or so. It’s very thin plastic, which concerns me.But so far I really like how quiet the fan is and how it gives just enough air where it feels like there’s air moving in the room, but not blowing directly on your body. I’m not a big fan of fans ha ha pun intended, but I do like having air moving in my room.

Love the different light options
Initially we had a problem with the remote not working. Was sent another remote and it’s great now. Many color/light options for those that like some ambience like me. ❤️

Fantastic Customer Service (When or If needed)
Really easy to install, setup for Alexa control was easy, app for use is intuitive and has a great range of RGB and light settings, & noise level is minimal on all settings. First fan quit working about 7 months into operation, but a few emails later the company shipped a new product out without any issues; wonderful experience which is fewer and farther between when it comes to customer support. Nice Job!

Non compliant - can't be sold in Australia
The product doesn't comply with the electrical regulations. The electrician is not allowed to install it as the seller failed to get the right certification.On case of a fire, the insurance wouldn't work.They shouldn't be allow to sell in Australia.
