I got lucky with this order! One of the plates was "cattywhompus" on one side. I took a chance and asked the seller if I could get a replacement plate. They said IF the warehouse had any rogue plates, they would send me one. Well they sent me 2!!! Very nice person I was emailing with and I wanted to be a nice customer and understood they MIGHT NOT HAVE ANY for replacements, but I got LUCKY! Love this set! Heavyweight, no design to "wash off" during normal wear & tear, love the color, very neutral yet NOT SNOW WHITE, the dinner plates are a GREAT size. Overall Quality is EXCELLENT!

I love these plates! I had been looking to purchase this style of dinner plate for a while, but couldn't bring myself to purchase a set that included cups and saucers that I would never use. I decided to purchase 2 sets of these plates just before Thanksgiving and they are perfect. They are microwave and dishwasher safe as well as scratch resistant. I did have 1 issue with them. about 2 months after my purchase, I made an omelet and placed it on the dinner plate. As I then went to pour a drink, I heard a snap. I noticed that a crack had appeared in this dinner plate. Even the best products could have an odd flaw so I contacted customer service through the amazon site and received a response from the company. They told me that there was not a warranty on the dinnerware, but if I sent them a photo of the damaged plate, they would send me a one time replacement. I followed the instructions and shortly after I received not 1 but 2 replacement plates. The plates are great and the customer service was outstanding!

We bought these for the holidays because we needed service for 16 people. They are very good quality and will probably last a long time. I did not want coffee cups, so this set was perfect with the dinner plate, salad plate and bowl. The white color will match with anything so it's very versatile.

Dishwasher and microwave safe appreciated. Corners (square design) can prevent dinner plates from turning inside microwave.

The dishes were a gift to a family member. She loves them and I believe the price was very fair. It was the style she was hoping to get for herself and it was a nice surprise.
