Q: Are these washable? If so, what is the best way to wash them?

Looking at mine right now, I would say spot clean only. It’s attached to metal, like an umbrella. Spot cleaning would be the safest way from the looks of it.

Not for fruit flies and gnats.The holes are big enough for gnats and fruit flies to get in.

Q: Do you think these will blow over in the wind? Hosting an outdoor party in early fall.

I used them for an outdoor function and there was a steady breeze and they didn't blow over ( the metal frame helps to weight the cover down) however on a windy day say anything above 5 miles per hour steadily they would likely blow over.

Q: How do I close these? I cant figure it out!

I finally figured this out, but the other answers left me baffled. I needed to gently pull out the metal supports to flip them in the other direction.

A must of picnics.

Finally decided to get my own and they save you from the picnic flies. You can add a little weight to them if you're in a windy area. Easy to store since they fold right up.
