So far so good
Haven’t had it too long, but so far I love it.

Works fine
The product works fine, but the charger cord is confusing. The instructions were to plug the cord into a wall socket, but the end of the cord had a usb fitting on it instead of a plug. I guess I can charge it by plugging it into the usb port on my computer, but I would rather have had a cord I could plug into a 110 volt outlet.

Spending so much money on implants, this was perfect for cleaning in and around them

Product reliability
Product lasted 6 months; charging and motor failed. Contacted Perfectsmile Company re. 10 yr. warramty.Customer service said reurn instructions were sent but never received. Repeated attempts to have instructions resent failed. Phone calls never reutrned. Paid $127.00 for what was deemed to be a superior product. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Broke 10 months later
This was a good product that was used every day. I will say when freshly charged it was great, but after the 2nd use in a fresh charge the pressure is way less. Even still I never thought about buying a new one until it broke. 10 months in and it no longer turns on.

Works Well
This water flosser gizmo works well enough, and it's easy to fill and clean.It actually does a good job on the old dental work without being a deluge of water everywhere else in the room.The container is really simple to get off and clean out as needed (daily)The ergonomics are pretty good with this also, making it easy to hold. So far the battery is holding up very well for the several days of use and doesn't need recharging yet.The only downsides are:a] The price point being higher than any of the competing models I've tried over the past couple of months.b] This unit offers two (2) tips while most of the flossers offer anywhere from 3 to 5 tips.On the other hand, this is a better looking unit than the rest of them too, so.... choices to make.I hope this is helpful
