I take these everyday like multivitamins. I can't live without these now. Sex without them is sooo boring. It doesn't work for everyone but it works for me.

I have taken this product before and the hype is real. The first time I tried it, it took 3 days for it to kick in. Now I take it off and on and when I start, it takes about a full week to see/feel the "ropes".
