Great product.
I first discovered this product in little packets. I started putting the lemon and lime on absolutely everything I eat. I still carry packets with me but it is so convenient to have this large shaker jar at home.

True Lime Flavor
I absolutely love this stuff. The first time I used it, it was from a packet in a box. I liked it so much I bought the large shaker. Even though I use it frequently, there is enough product that the container lasted almost exactly a year. This is real lime juice that has been dehydrated to a smooth-flowing crystalline powder. Because it is real lime juice, it has a true lime taste. Some reviewers have objected to the addition of maltodextrin to the shaker version of this product when it's not in the packets. The packets are sealed and air-tight so you don't have a problem with moisture or humidity that could cause the True Lime to clump. However, in a shaker, because it's not air-tight, the True Lime could easily clump up in humid environments. Thus, maltodextrin is added to help keep it free-flowing. I appreciate its inclusion because we have a monsoon season in Arizona, when the humidity is high. However, if your True Lime powder cakes or clumps up badly regardless of the maltodextrin, you can simply add water and reconstitute it to a liquid of whatever strength you want.I love lime juice on my fish. I prefer using True Lime over fresh lime juice on battered fish because I can use as much lime as I want without the batter getting soggy. It's also handy for baking because you get all the flavor of fresh lime but without adding moisture to the recipe, which could throw off the balance of liquid and result in a disastrous change in the taste or texture of your dish.If you need fresh or frozen lime juice, try reconstituting the True Lime for a fresh lime flavor.

Can't drink my water without this
I drink this everyday and also prep all of my kids water bottles for school with this. Add ice and a squirt of bouy hydration, shake, and you're good to go!

If it ever gets here . . I'll be ecstatic Still waiting after a couple of weeks.
I love this product. So tasty and a great enhancer to my drinks, guacamole, recipes, etc., and easy to use. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this order. The price increased right after it shipped and now it's been bouncing around in California for a week or so. They want me to accept a refund and then re-order it, but that would mean I would have to pay more. If it's truly lost, why can't you just send the replacement? Or is this just a way to make your customers pay more for the product? Just curious . . This isn't the first .. . second . . . or even third time this has happened to me. Still hope to get it. I did, after all, pay for it. :-)

FLAVOR IS NATURAL, WISH IT WOULDN'T FORM HARD CLUMPS
I like the lime and lemon flavor and use it for beverages and sauces. Unfortunately, time alone will cause the product to form hard clumps (but then you can dissolve overnight and still use). I tried pouring some into a smaller bottle, and sealing the original in ziploc with a superabsorbant inside, but it still happens. Not too difficult to live with for the flavor, but you should know the downside to not using any flow agents (normally some kind of starch, which would affect the taste). It's easy to buy lemons and juice them (or buy frozen concentrate), but limes are more difficult and for me, worth the lumping issue.
