This is the answers I got from the company: What Extraction is used? Water, or Alcohol?: During the extraction method, both Ethanol + Water are used. Does it contain Mycelium Biomass?: It is not mycelium, it is from the sporocarp (fruiting body. What is the Beta-Glucan percentage?: It is not standardized to the Beta Glucan content, it is standardized to the polysaccharides which it should contain NLT (no less than) 30% Polysaccharides.

Q: Does this contain the fruiting body as well?

The package only states: Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract 500mg (Hericium erinaceus) (sporocarp) Other Ingredients: None
